Tyler McDonald is currently working as a Content & PR Specialist at RSL NSW since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler served as a Project Coordinator at Brennan IT from 2020 to September 2022, successfully delivering complex end-to-end projects. Before Brennan IT, Tyler held the position of Executive Officer at Business New England, where significant contributions were made to the Chamber's strategic direction. Tyler also served as the Vice President of the Law Students Society at the University of New England and as the Busking Coordinator at Tamworth Regional Council. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws degree with a major in Management from the University of New England.

The Returned and Services League of Australia New South Wales Branch (RSL NSW) was formed in 1917 and currently has over 30,000 members in 315 sub-Branches in communities across New South Wales. RSL NSW Mission Statement: To provide for the well-being, care, compensation and commemoration of serving and ex-serving Defence Force personnel and their dependants and promote Government and Community awareness of the need for a stable and progressive Australia. Vision: To be recognised and respected as the preeminent association within the Defence Family in New South Wales.
