Ann Gardner Piepkorn

Ann Gardner Piepkorn, M.A., currently serves as the Talent Management Director for Leadership Effectiveness at RSM, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Ann held various roles at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., including Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Leadership Development, where responsibilities included developing programs for senior leaders and enhancing program visibility. Earlier career experience includes a role as Training and Development Manager at Emerson, focusing on leadership and communication training across multiple countries, as well as positions at Rosemount and Denning Consulting Services, where Ann established HR functions and streamlined recruitment processes. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Concordia College.
