Larysa Zubach

Larysa Zubach, FSA, MAAA has significant experience in the field of actuarial science. Larysa has held multiple roles throughout their career, beginning with their time at Great West Life Assurance Company as an Actuarial Assistant, where they oversaw major benefits projects and provided leadership to their co-workers. After that, they joined Chicago Consulting Actuaries as a Consultant, before moving on to Deloitte Consulting as a Manager, Health Actuarial, where they led client reporting solutions and project managed actuarial audits. Larysa then joined Aon Hewitt as a Health Actuary, where they mentored actuarial students and new Fellows of the Society of Actuaries. Following their time at Aon Hewitt, they worked at Mercer as a Principal, advising Fortune 500 employers on healthcare and benefit design strategy, amongst other responsibilities. Currently, Larysa is the Head of Global Total Rewards at Dar Group and Global Benefits at T.Y. Lin International.

Larysa Zubach, FSA, MAAA obtained a BSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics (Honors) from the University of Manitoba between 1994 and 1998.
