Damian Batt

Damian Batt is an experienced professional with a strong background in audit, business development, and management. Currently serving as the Director of the Global Support Office at RSM US LLP since July 2021, Damian focuses on driving growth and enhancing client experiences, while acting as a liaison for RSM firms in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to this role, Damian held the position of Regional Business Development Manager for Latin America at RSM International, significantly increasing revenues and pursuit win rates. A former Audit and Accounting Outsourcing Senior Manager at RSM Colombia, Damian managed audits for various clients, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. Damian also established the internal audit function as the Director of Internal Audit at Management Sciences for Health and served as a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG LLP, overseeing financial statement audits.
