Nina Nathan McIpd

Nina Nathan MCIPD currently serves as the Head of HR at RSM since September 2024. Previously, Nina worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Triple Point from January 2023 to August 2024, focusing on coaching and advising on people management and employee relations. Nina held the position of Head of HR at United Insurance Brokers Limited from September 2018 to January 2023, where direct reporting to the CEO and participation in executive meetings were key responsibilities.
