Tony Genco

Tony Genco is an experienced finance automation and digital solutions manager currently at RSM since April 2024. Prior to this, Genco served as an Experienced Manager at Grant Thornton LLP (US) from July 2015 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading implementations of Business Spend Management Software for global clients, focusing on efficiency, transparency, and automation. Genco has also held various roles in business consulting, specializing in operations transformation and advisory services for Fortune 500 and Russell 2000 clients across multiple industries. Earlier career experiences include consulting for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and managing a project for Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. in a co-op program during undergraduate studies. Genco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School.
