Amy Turner

Amy Turner is an experienced leader in talent operations with a background spanning over a decade. At RSM US LLP, from June 2021 to August 2023, Amy held positions including Senior Director and Director of Talent Operations, where responsibilities included strategic thinking and people management. Amy also served as Operations and Talent Attraction Director, demonstrating expertise in recruitment strategies. Prior to RSM US LLP, Amy worked at Lord & Taylor as a Campus Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and gained initial experience at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum as a Communications Intern and Saks Fifth Avenue as a Learning & Development Intern. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Organizational Development with a focus on Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
