Brea Fritsche

Brea Fritsche is a seasoned talent leader with over a decade of experience at RSM US LLP, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Talent Officer and Principal. Fritsche has held various senior roles within talent acquisition and operations, focusing on talent experience, supply chain management, and organizational growth. Previous leadership positions include overseeing talent acquisition for North America, as well as consulting for technology and management sectors. Prior to RSM, Fritsche served as a Senior HR Business Partner at a large food production company and held multiple HR-related positions at Doherty Staffing Solutions. Fritsche holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has studied Cultural Studies at Curtin University in Australia.
