Damian Batt

Damian Batt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audit, accounting, and business development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Director of the Global Support Office at RSM US LLP since July 2021, Batt focuses on driving growth and enhancing client experiences while acting as a liaison for RSM firms across Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, as Regional Business Development Manager for Latin America at RSM International, Batt successfully coordinated business development initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth. Under a managerial role at RSM Colombia, Batt oversaw audits and internal controls for various clients. Early career experiences include establishing the internal audit function at Management Sciences for Health and managing financial audits at KPMG LLP. Batt holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter and a diploma in IFRS from Universidad EAN.
