Daphne Peterson

Daphne Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at RSM US LLP since July 2018, Daphne has previously held multiple titles within the company including Supervisor and Senior Associate following the integration of Explore Consulting. Prior to RSM, Daphne was a Principal Consultant at Explore Consulting, specializing in NetSuite ERP implementation. With a background as a Senior Manager at Sterling Talent Solutions, Daphne successfully turned around an underperforming department and managed operations across five global locations. Earlier roles include Operations Senior Manager at Vertafore, where leadership was provided to a national team, and Operations Manager/Program Manager at Protiviti, overseeing a multi-million dollar outsourcing project. Daphne's career began at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Project Manager/Accounting Manager. Educationally, Daphne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
