Duncan Stocks

Duncan Stocks is a seasoned professional in the field of taxation, currently serving as Principal at RSM US LLP since August 2016. With extensive experience in both the US and UK markets, Duncan previously held the position of Partner at RSM UK from October 2013 to July 2016 and served as Partner and Head of VAT at RSM Tenon Plc from May 2011 to September 2013. Prior to these roles, Duncan was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and KPMG, specializing in VAT and transaction tax. Duncan's career began at Arthur Andersen, where the role of Senior Manager focused on VAT, following earlier positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers and HMRC. Duncan holds a BSc in Anatomy from the University of Aberdeen, where studies took place from September 1985 to April 1989.
