Lauren Bostwick

Lauren Bostwick is a seasoned professional in workforce strategy and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Director at RSM US LLP since July 2021, with prior roles as Talent Acquisition Director for Experienced Hire Audit and Tax and Talent Acquisition Team Manager. Before joining RSM, Bostwick held the position of Director of Consulting Services at Tatum by Randstad, offering strategic solutions to clients in finance and technology. Earlier experience includes senior management roles at Randstad USA, where responsibilities spanned Sales & Business Operations, as well as Area Vice President, and leadership positions at 24 Seven Inc. and Robert Half International. Bostwick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from Buffalo State University, alongside education at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
