Meredith Beal

Meredith Beal, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Campus Consulting at RSM US LLP, since August 2019. In previous roles, Meredith worked as a Campus Recruiting Program Specialist at Hitachi Consulting and held recruiting operations positions at EY and HBO. Throughout the career, Meredith has demonstrated expertise in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, enhancing company branding on campuses, and coordinating seamless interview experiences. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Vocal Performance from New York University and completed secondary education at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
