Sanjuan Jayakumar

Sanjuan Jayakumar, CPA, CA, CBV, serves as a Financial Consulting Manager in Strategic Finance and FP&A at RSM US LLP since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sanjuan was an Investment Banking Senior Associate at Broadhaven Capital Partners, focusing on M&A advisory and capital raising for Financial Institutions and FinTech companies. Sanjuan has extensive experience in investment banking, having worked at Raymond James as an Associate and Analyst, where involvement included approximately 15 deals across various M&A and financing types. Previous roles at Grant Thornton LLP included Associate Director and Senior Associate in Transactions, leading numerous sell-side M&A and financing initiatives. Sanjuan began in public accounting at RSP LLP, progressing from Junior Staff Accountant to Staff Accountant while gaining experience in audits and tax preparation. Sanjuan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, both from the University of Waterloo.
