Caroline Hahn (M.A.) is a seasoned professional in corporate advisory, currently serving as a Corporate Advisory Senior at RSM Poland since March 2015. In this role, Caroline specializes in assisting both new and existing investors with various aspects of business operations in Poland, including company establishment, branch openings for foreign entrepreneurs, and corporate governance support. Additionally, responsibilities encompass sales transactions of shelf companies, liquidations, mergers, and transformations of enterprises, involving comprehensive analysis of corporate documents in both Polish and English, as well as conducting full registration proceedings with Polish authorities and institutions. Caroline holds a Magister prawa (Mgr prawa) degree in law from Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiki i Administracji im. Mieszka I.
