Dan Rist is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the National Talent Acquisition Manager for Core Functions & Consulting at RSM UK since January 2022, Dan leads experienced and executive hire recruitment across multiple UK offices. Previously, Dan held several roles at KPMG, including National Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Recruiter for Technology, managing recruitment from Associate to Director levels. Dan also worked at Société Générale as an Experienced Hire Recruiter, overseeing all temporary and contract recruitment across various departments, and served as a Specialist Banking and Finance Consultant at Apex Recruitment Services. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategy, and Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
