Heather Martin

Heather Martin is an experienced Knowledge Manager currently working at RSM UK since August 2021, where responsibilities include improving efficiency and risk reduction in the tax practice through effective management of technical resources and promoting knowledge sharing. Prior to this role, Heather served as KM Specialist at Ropes & Gray LLP, providing SharePoint support for over 200 lawyers, and held various content management and knowledge-focused roles at firms such as Cooley LLP, Kirkland & Ellis, PwC, WPP, Centaur Communications, GAAPweb, and CoStar Group. Heather holds a BA in Journalism and Political Science from Carleton University, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
