Madeleine French has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Madeleine currently holds the position of National Talent Acquisition Manager at RSM UK, leading recruitment efforts for early careers and experienced hires in different service lines. Prior to their current role, Madeleine worked at Hays, where Madeleine managed taxation and treasury recruitment as well as accountancy and finance teams. Madeleine also has experience in research and project management from their time at the University of Glasgow Archives Services. With a Master's degree in History, Madeleine brings a diverse skill set to their talent acquisition roles.
