Jeannine P. Sargent

Jeannine P. Sargent was appointed to their Board of Directors in August 2020. Since November 2017, she has held the position of Senior Advisor at Generation Investment Management LLP, an investment firm specializing in sustainable companies. Additionally, she has been serving as a Senior Advisor to Breakthrough Energy Ventures since December 2018. From January 2012 to October 2017, Ms. Sargent held various leadership roles, including President of Innovation and New Ventures, at Flex Ltd., a prominent contract design, engineering, and manufacturing company. Prior to her tenure at Flex, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oerlikon Solar AG, a thin-film silicon solar photovoltaic module manufacturer, as well as Voyan Technology, an embedded systems software provider. Ms. Sargent currently holds positions on the board of directors of Proterra Inc. since October 2018 and Fortive Corporation since February 2019. In the past, she has also served as a director at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and Queen's Gambit Growth Capital.
