Jon Buggy

With a big smile and hearty laugh, Jon draws you in and captures your imagination. A natural storyteller, he’s comfortable presenting, mentoring, teaching or designing. Which is why he is an in-demand man, splitting his time between RSP’s Minneapolis and Rochester offices. The lead point person for our work with Destination Medical Center, Jon is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, transformation and going beyond the traditional doctor/patient relationship to help co-create communities. He is a true believer in the power of design thinking, collaboration, and multi-disciplinary design processes to innovate, envision and to bring dreams to life.

Active in AIA and other industry organizations, Jon is engaged and engaging. Plus he’s a great sounding board. Quick with ideas and advice. He brings an energy that is unmatched, and has used that passion as a catalyst in quickly and effectively completing projects that achieve client business objectives while helping people thrive. He’s bringing this dynamic thinking to RSP clients like the Mayo Clinic, TRIA, Marshfield and Allina. He’s also involved in our work with the American Refugee Committee and Crescent Cove, the first children’s residential respite and hospice home in Minnesota.
