Amelia R.

Amelia R. is an experienced professional in the fields of conservation and communications, currently serving as an Engagement and Communications Officer at RSPB since May 2021, following roles as Campaigns and Communications Officer and Conservation Intern. In addition, Amelia R. has been a Shorewatch Volunteer at Whale and Dolphin Conservation since June 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Assistant at Tesco and holding significant leadership positions, including President and Vice President of the University of Glasgow Zoological Society. Amelia R. also served as Treasurer for the University of Glasgow OneKind Society and participated in an Ecology Field Course, where data analysis was conducted using R Studio. Earlier work experience includes an Animal Keeper Internship at The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland and volunteering as a Science Teacher for Project Trust. Amelia R. holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Glasgow and the University of Otago.
