Katy Baggott currently serves as the Head of Leadership and Learning Operations at RSPB, having joined in October 2025. Concurrently, Katy works as a Relief Ceremony Officer for Lincolnshire County Council and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Hill Holt Wood, a woodland social enterprise. As a TEDx Speaker Coach since January 2018, Katy has contributed to fostering public speaking skills within the community. Previous roles include UK Strategic Lead for Learning & Development and People Development at The Wildlife Trusts, as well as Business Owner at Shine a Spotlight, where personalized ceremonies are crafted. Katy has extensive experience in leadership development at Barclays UK and held various roles in learning and development at Britvic Soft Drinks and Mars. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Staffordshire and a B-TEC National Diploma from Lincolnshire College of Art & Design.
