Paul Langley

Paul Langley currently serves as the Head of Fundraising and Engagement for England and has held various leadership roles in fundraising and communication at RSPB since September 2022. Prior to this, Paul Langley worked at Oxfam from April 2016 to July 2022, leading teams in public engagement, fundraising, and education programs aimed at poverty alleviation. Previous experience includes a non-executive director role at Divine Chocolate Ltd, where Paul Langley contributed to the growth of a Fairtrade social enterprise, and a 16-year tenure at Christian Aid that encompassed various leadership positions in fundraising, campaigning, and marketing. Early career experience includes work as a Promotions Officer at Langley House Trust and serving as Student Union President at the University of Wales, Lampeter.
