Isabel Silva

Isabel Silva is an experienced Salesforce Administrator and Senior Application Analyst at RSPCA, with a career spanning over two decades in CRM and application support. Since April 2019, Isabel has been responsible for managing Salesforce platforms, including solving service requests and incidents, as well as configuring workflows and user permissions. Prior to RSPCA, Isabel worked at Noesis as a CRM Consultant and held various positions within the Billing and CRM Support Teams at Optimus, focusing on CRM platform support and configuration. Earlier experience includes a role as a Programmer Analyst at INESC. Isabel holds a degree in Informática de Gestão from Universidade do Minho, earned in 1999.
