Durgha P. is currently serving as the Executive of Biodiversity & People at Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). Prior to this role, Durgha was involved in biodiversity conservation efforts as the Group Sustainability - Conservation & Biodiversity Unit at Sime Darby Plantation. Before that, Durgha gained experience as a Research Assistant at Malaysia Nature Society, focusing on otter studies in oil palm plantations. With a background in Environmental Pollution and Geology, Durgha has been actively involved in research and conservation projects, aiming to bridge the ecological knowledge gap in plantation environments.
