Su Ming Chuah

Su Ming Chuah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They are currently working at the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) as the APAC Head of Government Affairs. Prior to that, they were a Government Affairs Manager at RSPO, where they demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, strategic communications, and building government relationships.

Before joining RSPO, Su Ming Chuah worked at the Malaysia Plastics Manufacturer Association (MPMA) as a Communication and Special Project role from 2020 to 2023. They also served as the Director of Kechara Soup Kitchen Society from 2008 to 2023.

In terms of their earlier career, Su Ming Chuah held positions at Loreal as a Marketing Manager from 2007 to 2008, and at Bacardi as a Group Brand Manager from 2000 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Su Ming Chuah has demonstrated strong communication skills, the ability to influence outcomes, and the capability to build multi-stakeholder coalitions.

Su Ming Chuah is currently pursuing a course in Sustainability Studies at the University of Cambridge, starting in 2021. Prior to this, from 1987 to 1999, Su Ming Chuah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Sheffield. In the future, Su Ming Chuah plans to study Communication and Media Studies at the National University of Singapore, starting in 2022. Additionally, there is mention of Su Ming Chuah completing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Sheffield, although specific dates for this degree are not provided.
