Maryann Bovich

Maryann is co-head of the firm’s Asset Management Practice and a member of the firm’s Board Recruiting Practice.

She joined RSR Partners in 2017 following the acquisition of Higdon Partners, where she previously spent over 30 years in executive search focused on the asset management industry. Maryann has recruited board members, chief investment officers, as well as heads and members of both traditional and alternative investment teams to include portfolio managers, asset allocation and strategy specialists, and research analysts. She has also recruited leaders and team members of non-investment functional areas to include sales and marketing, risk management, and finance for a wide variety of investment organizations. As for clients, Maryann has worked with prominent endowments and foundations, hospitals, plan sponsors, family offices, mutual fund organizations, fund of funds, private equity firms, and global asset management organizations. She spent her earlier years overseeing the recruiting function in sales and trading at Bankers Trust Company in New York.
