Tom Hernandez

Tom Hernandez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom started their career in 2004 as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at SpecificMEDIA, where they contributed to the company's growth. In 2007, they became the Vice President of Sales at XLNTads. From 2008 to 2010, Tom served as the Vice President of Digital Strategy & Online Advertising Sales at APG | Beckett Media, Inc. Tom then worked as the Regional Publisher for Patch.com from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Director of Digital Media Market at DSA|Phototech. Tom later joined Precision Media, Inc as the Senior Director of Advertising Solutions from 2012 to 2013. In the same year, they served as the Director of Affiliate Marketing at Dastmalchi, LLC. Currently, Tom holds various roles at RSRF, Waveform, and Staircase 3, Inc., including Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Operations.

Tom Hernandez holds a B.A. degree in Design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification as a Section4 Certified Strategist from Section4 in July 2021.
