Kareem El-Mashad

Kareem El-Mashad is an experienced entrepreneur and hospitality professional, currently serving as Founder and CEO of both RSRVIT, a restaurant reservations app, and I am Dubai, a mobile app, since March 2019 and March 2021, respectively. Prior to these ventures, Kareem held positions in various prominent establishments, including Reception & Door Manager at Lock Stock & Barrel Dubai, Assistant Club Manager at Pataya Beach Club, and Floor Manager at Hollywood Sharm, showcasing a strong background in customer service and management within the hospitality industry. Kareem also gained experience in VIP reservations at Hard Rock International and Space Sharm El Shaikh, as well as in social media marketing at Ministry of Sound. Kareem’s educational background includes a high school degree from Orman Schools, completed in 2009.
