Miles Casey

Miles Casey has worked in a variety of customer service and leadership roles. Miles began their career as a Jr. Underwriting Analyst at MetLife. Miles then transitioned to LPL Financial, where they worked as a Communications Consultant for three years. In this role, they were responsible for providing support and training to new employees. Miles then left LPL Financial to join Starbucks, where they worked as a Shift Team Lead for 18 months. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of baristas and ensuring that the store ran smoothly during their shift. Miles then left Starbucks to join RStudio, where they are currently working as an Enterprise Advocate. In this role, they are responsible for providing support and training to new employees.

Miles Casey studied finance as part of their Bachelor of Business Administration at Kansas State University. Miles also attended Barton County Community College.
