Allie Kloster Garofalo

Allie Kloster Garofalo has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Allie started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Pettigrew Medical Business Services from August 2008 to May 2010. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP from May 2010 to December 2011. Allie then joined RSUI Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator from December 2011 to February 2013. Over the years, Allie has held various positions at RSUI Group, including HRIS and Communications Specialist from February 2013 to March 2014, HRIS Manager from March 2014 to March 2015, HRIS and Benefits Manager from March 2015 to March 2018, and AVP, HRIS and Benefits Manager from March 2018 to March 2022. Currently, Allie holds the role of VP, Director of Human Resources at RSUI Group, Inc. starting from March 2022.

Allie Kloster Garofalo obtained a Master's of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Change from Georgia State University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance at The University of Georgia from 2006 to 2010.
