Elena Kozylkova

Elena Kozylkova is a seasoned sales professional with over a decade of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Sales Excellence Manager at Ростелеком-Solar since September 2023, Elena focuses on developing modern sales systems. Prior to this role, significant tenure was spent at Microsoft from February 2012 to September 2023, where Elena held various positions, including Solution Sales, SMB Telesales Lead, Partner Technology Strategist, and Services Consultant, contributing to strategic sales initiatives and customer relationship management. Elena began their career as a Research Engineer at the Institute of Economy, Social Politics and Law from September 2010 to February 2012 and holds a Master's degree in System Analytics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, obtained in 2012.
