Lyudmila Makarova

Lyudmila Makarova has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and talent management. Lyudmila is currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Rostelecom-Solar since March 2021. Before that, they held the position of Head of Recruitment at MegaFon from May 2019 to March 2021 and Recruitment Lead from September 2016 to April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Recruiter at Rosbank from October 2015 to September 2016, Chief Recruiter at NovikomBank from August 2014 to October 2015, and Leading Recruitment Specialist at Svyaz Bank from September 2011 to August 2014. Lyudmila began their career as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at ManpowerGroup in 2009.

Lyudmila Makarova attended Russian State Social University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
