Mikhail Adoniev

Mikhail Adoniev serves as the GR and Strategic Project Director at Солар since June 2020, focusing on fostering cooperation with public authorities in the cybersecurity sector and driving strategic development initiatives in Russia's information security industry. Prior experience includes serving as GR Director at Element from March 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities involved engaging in high-level dialogues with authorities and establishing the company's public image, and at TMK from December 2006 to March 2019 in various roles including Head of Competitive Policy and Government Relations, where Mikhail represented the company in state bodies and managed trade policy. Mikhail's earlier experience includes positions in international marketing and foreign economic activity, with a foundation in the chemical industry at Holding Company LOil Neftekhim. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Strategy and Leadership from IBS-Moscow and a Specialist degree in World Economics from the Moscow Academy for Humanities and Social Studies.
