Emmanuel Martinez

Emmanuel Martinez is an Implementation Specialist focused on the public sector at RTA: The Fleet Success Company since August 2025. Previously, as a Website Development Project Manager at Hagerty, Emmanuel directed the development of over 125 high-end automotive websites and managed cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Experience as a Software Implementation Manager involved leading the implementation of marketing and vehicle management software for numerous dealerships across multiple countries. Emmanuel's role as Customer Success Manager at Fullbay encompassed supporting diverse shop personnel through an onboarding process, while earlier positions included Product Manager at Pawsy, Junior Project Manager at Reborn Cabinets, and Sales and Service Expert Lead at 24 Hour Fitness. Emmanuel began a career in construction as a Carpenter Apprentice and is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Information Technology at Western Governors University, expected to complete in July 2025.
