Annisha Whittaker

Annisha Whittaker, MBA, CPPB, currently serves as the Procurement & Contracts Manager at the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois (RTA) since September 2021, following a tenure as Senior Procurement Specialist at the Chicago Housing Authority from October 2014 to September 2021. Annisha holds a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) designation, earned between 2016 and 2021, and has two master's degrees from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, one in Operations Management and Supervision (M.B.A.) and another in Project Management (M.P.M.). Educational background includes attendance at Horace Mann High School.
