Paul Rotatori has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Paul Rotatori completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Xavier University in 2000. Paul then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from Elmhurst University, which they obtained in 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained additional certifications, including DiSC Assessment Certification from INTENTLY in 2022, Leadership Essentials from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2021, Change Intelligence/CQ Certification Program from Change Catalysts in 2019, and also holds a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification obtained in 2006.
