Jakub Ratajczak

Jakub Ratajczak is the Managing Director of APAC at RTB House. Jakub has over 10 years of experience in managing greenfield investments and operations in Poland, UK, France, Italy, Czech and Slovak Republics, Russia, Ukraine and Hungary. Jakub has also supervised business development in North America and Malaysia.

Some of Jakub's key projects and achievements include quadrupling the number of parcels processed though the network, expanding Parcel Lockers from 300 machines based in Poland to over 4000 located in 20 different countries, increasing the number of unique users (consumers) by 200% to 3 mln and unique sender (shippers) by over 300% to over 10ths.

In June 2015, EasyPack was awarded a “Private Equity Diamond”. Jakub played a key role in the business, negotiating and securing key international contracts. Under Jakub's management, operations grew over 100% y/y for 3 consecutive years.

Jakub Ratajczak is part-qualified in IFRSs and management accounting from CIMA Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Jakub has a Master's in International Business from Poznan University of Economics and Business, and is currently pursuing a DESS in Management Internationale at Institut de Gestion de Rennes. Jakub also attended L.O. św. Marii Magdaleny.

They are on a team with Julia Bielecka-Dąbrowska - Head of Sales Development & Efficiency, Łukasz Witkowski - Head of Global Expansion of Promotions Project, and Simon Trewavas - Country Manager, UK. Their manager is Robert Dyczkowski, CEO.
