Julia Bielecka-Dabrowska is the Head of Sales Development & Efficiency at RTB House. Julia has over three years of experience in category management, working with exotic fruits, ready to eat/ultra-fresh products, and dried fruits. Julia is responsible for managing the assortment strategy, promotions, pricing, and search for new products and suppliers. Julia also oversees the production process and contract negotiations with suppliers. In addition to their work in sales development, Julia also manages the budget and leads non-profit programs and marketing actions.

Julia Bielecka-Dąbrowska has a postgraduate degree in psychotherapy from the Laboratorium Psychoedukacji, a master's degree in psychology from the University of Warsaw, a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a postgraduate degree in education from the University of Warsaw. Julia also has a certification from the University of Cambridge in English.
