Kajetan Ostoja-Ciemny

Kajetan Ostoja-Ciemny is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in data protection and public affairs. Currently serving as a member of the legal working group at IAB Polska since February 2025, Kajetan is involved in legislative processes and public affairs activities. At RTB House, Kajetan has advanced from Junior In-house Lawyer to Senior In-house Lawyer in the Data Protection Team, leading training initiatives for over 1200 associates and ensuring compliance in data processing agreements. As a visiting lecturer at the University of Warsaw since March 2020, Kajetan teaches civil law and personal data protection. Previous roles include Junior Associate and Intern at various law firms, contributing to IP law training, legal research, and contract drafting. Kajetan holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw, completed an ERASMUS+ program at KU Leuven, and is currently an Advocate Trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association.
