Łukasz Witkowski is a Polish economist who currently serves as the deputy minister of development in the Republic of Poland. Łukasz has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Kozminski University, and a Master's degree in Economy from University of Warsaw. Łukasz also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer science and econometrics from University of Warsaw.
