Paulina Nowicka is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, technical support, and e-commerce. Currently, as Technical Support Team Leader for Spain and Technical Account Manager at RTB House since October 2018, Paulina oversees technical operations and client relations. In parallel, since February 2018, Paulina serves as a Project Manager and Growth Hacker at millenio.io. Paulina's prior experience includes roles such as E-Commerce Manager at VOPM, where responsibilities involved executing online marketing strategies for multiple businesses, and Junior Project Manager at Setroft E-Tourism Solutions, focusing on B2B account management. Paulina was also actively involved in AIESEC, holding various leadership positions while managing talent and event processes.
