Paweł Świdziński

Paweł Świdziński has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Global Head of Gaming Business at RTB House, where they implemented strategies to achieve outstanding results. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Head of New Business Development (EMEA) at the same company, helping organizations across multiple regions achieve unprecedented success. Paweł also has experience working as a Digital Strategy Manager & Global Travel Practice Expert at Accenture Strategy and as a Chief Expert & Client Affairs Program Leader at Polskie Koleje Panstwowe S.A. Paweł began their career at EY Business Advisory as a Senior Analyst and has held internships at Grupa KDPW, Deloitte Business Consulting, ING Financial Services, PwC, and The Boston Consulting Group.

Paweł Świdziński has an extensive education history. Paweł obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Warsaw in 2012. Paweł also completed a Master's degree in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education in 2012. Paweł has additional qualifications in the field of finance and business, including an INSEAD Executive Education Certificate in Business Strategy (2018), a Master of Science degree in International Business from Ivey Business School at Western University (2011), and a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2011). Paweł holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in the Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2009).

Additionally, Paweł has pursued various certifications, including a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment (2016), a PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from APMG-International (2015), and a PRINCE2® Foundation certification (2015). Paweł also completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst® Program from CFA Institute in 2012.
