Richard Grom has a diverse work experience in various companies. Richard started their career in 2013 as a Sales Executive for E-commerce at Gemius GmbH. Later, they joined RTB House in 2013 as a Key Account Manager until 2017. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Head of Account Management CEEC at RTB House. In 2016, they also took up the role of Business Development Manager at Netquest.sk. Overall, Richard has significant experience in sales, key account management, and business development.

Richard Grom's education history includes earning a Master's degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in commerce and marketing from the same university, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. In 2021, Richard enrolled in Business Coaching College for coaching training, and in 2023, they obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance and as a Digital Marketing Qualifications Professional from IAB Slovakia.
