Sandra Sapińska

Sandra Sapińska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration and team management. Currently serving as Head of Administration at RTB House since April 2018, Sandra oversees a global team of thirty-eight members across multiple regions, managing a range of responsibilities including purchasing processes, ESG initiatives, and team performance tracking. Previously, as Administrative Coordinator at RTB House, Sandra led six HQ Administrative Team Members and focused on policy enforcement and service level enhancement. Prior experience as Office Manager at BDO involved managing an administrative team, coordinating reports and budgets, and organizing corporate events. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Management with an international profile from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a diplomacy focus from the University of Economics and Computer Science in Warsaw.
