Bonnie Kern

Bonnie Kern has extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as Level 1 Support at RTC Communications-Rochester since May 2015. Prior to this role, Bonnie Kern worked as a System Administrator at Fulton County Public Library from February 1995 to August 2009. Educationally, Bonnie Kern holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Technology from Ivy Tech Community College-Kokomo, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
