Chad Ellis is the Vice President, Principal Chief Estimator, and Senior Project Manager at RTC Restoration & Glass, Inc., a company that provides waterproofing, restoration, glass, and glazing solutions in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana since 1986.
