Bastien Chardebas

Bastien CHARDEBAS has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving in the Direction technique de projets HVDC at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since August 2009, contributing to major projects including the Gironde - Loire-Atlantique interconnection and various offshore wind farm connections. Previously, Bastien held roles such as Responsable du lot liaison de l’interconnexion Golfe de Gascogne, overseeing submarine and underground connections between France and Spain, and as Chef de projets for high voltage electricity transport infrastructure. Prior to RTE, Bastien worked in administrative authorizations at Technip and completed internships at Saint-Gobain and in finite element modeling. Bastien holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in materials from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
