Charles Payement

Charles Payement has extensive experience in the energy and consulting sectors, currently serving as Chargé de mission en gestion d'actif at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since July 2014, focusing on the improvement of asset management processes. Previous roles include positions as a Research Engineer, involved in European electricity market architecture studies and as an Engineer for prospective studies of the electrical system, contributing to the annual predictive balance from 2014 to 2017. Prior to RTE, Charles worked as an Engineer Consultant at Accenture, handling risk management projects for banks, and had a brief engagement in optimizing natural gas trading at Enel. Charles also has hands-on experience in business intelligence and internal audit roles at companies like IXSEA, Schneider Electric, and Rolls-Royce. Educationally, Charles holds a Master's degree in Engineering and a Master of Research in Risk Management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
