Elsa Francotte

Elsa Francotte has extensive experience in human resources and labor law, currently serving as DRH Metier Maintenance et Territoire IDF Normandie at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since April 2004. Previous roles include Adjunct Director of Career Development and Talent, Responsible for Social Relations Pole, and Project Manager in HR. Elsa has expertise in workforce planning and mobility, as well as significant experience in renegotiating work agreements. Prior to her tenure at RTE, Elsa worked as a Social Law Lawyer at EDF. Elsa holds a Master 2 degree in Social Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Baccalauréat from Ecole Active Bilingue.
